'We're in a successful band but still work jobs'

I’ve spent more than 17 years as a journalist, presenter, and senior producer at the BBC—work that taught me how to take complex ideas and turn them into conversations people actually lean into. Whether reporting on financial markets, interviewing technology leaders, or presenting live on air, my job was always the same: make it clear, make it human, and make it worth listening to.
Everything I learned in the newsroom now fuels the work I do as a conference host, speaker, and panel moderator. I love bringing discussions to life—creating space where leaders feel comfortable opening up, where tricky topics become understandable, and where audiences walk away feeling informed and energised.
Alongside my on‑stage work, I run a podcast production company that helps organisations tell their stories in richer, more creative ways. From shaping ideas and building formats to scripting, interviewing, and narrative editing, I work with clients to create podcasts that feel thoughtful, engaging, and genuinely distinctive.
Across every project—on stage, on air, or behind the mic—I care about storytelling. Helping people share the ideas, insights, and experiences that matter is what drives my work.
